Former Tottenham Hotspur general manager Fabio Paratici is out of full suspension.

Italian media ‘Tutomercatoweb’ reported that the International Football Federation (FIFA) accepted some of the appeals of former general manager Paratici and that the disciplinary action was eased.

Juventus are accused of tampering with their accounts. Suspicion was raised that he had committed cheating, such as overestimating the transfer fee to balance the account book. An investigation was conducted, and not only the club, but also Juventus general manager Paratici, then Juventus president Andrea Agnelli, and former Juventus vice-president Pavel Nedved, who were in charge, were disciplined.

In particular, former general manager Paratici, who was known to be deeply involved, was suspended for 30 months. Paratici, who was working at Tottenham, recently stepped down from his position as FIFA decided to extend the sanctions that were applied only to Italian football to the rest of the world.

However, recently, Juventus’ appeal has been partially accepted, and the punishment is being eased or postponed. Juventus, who was punished by a 15-point reduction in Italy’s Serie A in January, was revoked until the next trial and the points were restored. The ranking, which had fallen to the middle ranks, rose again and rose to third place, enabling it to compete for the European Football Federation (UEFA) Champions League (UCL) at the end of the season ㅋㅋㅋ벳.

Paratici’s appeal was reportedly dismissed, but Paratici’s lawyers issued a statement stating that the other appeals were partially upheld and that Paratici could work in football. He still can’t work like the general directors for 30 months, but he’s been able to take on roles and responsibilities that are less than that.

However, it is unknown whether former general manager Paratici will return to Tottenham. Former general manager Paratici has worked at Tottenham since 2021 and has overseen a wide range of tasks, including recruiting players and managers, but the work that can be performed is currently limited. It is known that entering the locker room or negotiating recruitment is not allowed, but it is possible to participate in training sessions or perform administrative tasks.
